Penny stock under 10: Pro Fin Capital Services’ share price jumped more than 8% during the trading session on Thursday, 20 November 2025, after a 25% stake sale update and an upcoming bonus issue move.

On Thursday, Pro Fin Capital’s board of directors announced that the company will hold its board meeting on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, to consider an upcoming bonus issue and a letter of intent received from Excellence Creative Ltd, Hong Kong.

Pro Fin Capital stake sale

On 14 November 2025, the Pro Fin Capital announced that the company received a letter of intent (LOI) from Excellence Creative Ltd, Hong Kong which aims to likely acquire 25% stake in Pro Fin Capital Services Ltd.

“Excellence Creative Limited has expressed its non-binding intention to explore the possibility of acquiring up to 25% of the equity share capital of Pro Fin Capital Services Limited at a proposed price of INR 22 (Indian Rupees Twenty-Two) per equity share,” the company informed the stock exchange through its filing.

If approved, the stake sale is set to be executed at a proposed price of 22 per equity share, subject to the necessary due diligence and regulatory clearances.

However, the company also mentioned that the LOI does not constitute a binding commitment on either party to go ahead with the Pro Fin Capital stake sale.

Pro Fin Capital share price trend

Pro Fin Capital share price closed 8.74% higher at 8.71 after Thursday’s stock market session, compared to 8.01 at the previous market close. The company announced its bonus issue update in the afternoon market session on 20 November 2025.

Shares of Pro Fin Capital have given stock market investors more than 1,219% returns on their investment in the last five years and over 180% returns in the last one-month period.

On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the company’s shares have risen 71.46% in 2025, but are down 15.52% in the last one-month period. Pro Fin Capital stock is trading 1.58% lower in the last five market sessions on the Indian stock market.

The company shares hit their 52-week high level at 13.14 on 9 October 2025, while the 52-week level low level stood at 3.11 on 21 November 2024, according to the data collected from the BSE website. The company’s market capitalisation (M-Cap) stood at 258.07 crore as of the stock market close on 20 November 2025.
