Liquidators for Evergrande Property Services have invited a group of selected bidders to review additional company information as part of an ongoing sale process. The bidders are expected to submit updated non-binding indicative offers by the end of November 2025, though the liquidators stressed the potential transaction is still at a preliminary stage. Any further indicative offers received will also be reviewed as the process continues.

Evergrande Group (China Evergrande) was once one of China’s largest property developers, crowned the world’s most valuable real-estate company by 2018. Fueled by aggressive borrowing, it amassed liabilities exceeding US$300 billion and triggered a broader crisis in China’s property sector when it began defaulting in 2021. By early 2024 a Hong Kong court ordered it liquidated and its Hong Kong listing was cancelled in August 2025.
